Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Burrow Activities ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated from Australia.

2. Who can use Burrow

Accounts are intended for teachers, tutors and parents aged 18 and over. Children may use generated activities under adult supervision. Do not enter full student names or sensitive information.

3. Curriculum alignment

Burrow references ACARA v9 and state syllabi (NSW NESA, VCAA, QCAA, SCSA and others) to scaffold activities. Alignment is intended as a teaching aid only and is not endorsed by ACARA or any state authority. Teachers remain responsible for verifying suitability for their class.

4. AI-generated content

Activities are generated by AI and may occasionally contain errors, omissions or content that needs adjustment. Always review materials before use with students.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, hateful or sexual content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service.
• Do not upload personal information about students beyond first names or initials.

6. Intellectual property

Generated activity text and worksheets may be used by you for classroom purposes (printing, sharing within your school). The Burrow brand, mascot and software remain our property.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
